The Brooklyn© Walnut cheese knives feature non-stick coated blades and soft touch handles with a smart walnut wood effect. Unlike non-stick coatings of the past, the easy-clean food-grade coating is made without the use of PFAS "forever chemicals", so cause no environmental harm.

Set comprises four small cheese knives including a hard cheese knife, soft cheese knife (with holes that help to prevent softer varieties from sticking to the blade), a parmesan knife and a broad stilton knife for crumbly cheeses.
